Hi,

I'm Cise, 30 year-old and from Turkey.

I have been living in Istanbul and making the most of what this beautiful cultural city can offer. I came to London one and half year ago after I completed my BA in Tv Reporting and Programming in one of the Turkey’s most popular and sucessful university named the Istanbul Bilgi University with full scholarship. 

I then started to MA in Media and Communications degree at the London Metropolitan University with partial post-graduate course scholarship.

What makes media studies very intresting and attractive for me  is the power of  media in the  world, how it affects individuals, societies  and also the  destiny of nations. As well as I  find it very arousing how information and  events  are carried to people, in addition to this how media plays  a great role in changing and sometimes enlighting and shaping societies.

Since then I have always been interested in media and I have decided to explore and have a great career in the media field. Right now, I am doing PhD. in Communication Studies in University of Vienna. I love reserching on media and communication field and I want to be able to bring something new, teach many and more people what I am passionate about.  I want to be a liaison between people and how media can transform messages. As important, I'm a academician  in this field.
